Your HP Deskjet 460 printer purchase entitles you to a free copy of Bachmann Software's PrintBoy Premium Edition for Palm OS or Pocket PC / Windows Mobile handhelds. With PrintBoy, you can:

  • Print wirelessly from your Palm OS or Pocket PC handheld directly to the HP DeskJet 460
  • Share important documents with coworkers, customers, colleagues and friends
  • Produce hardcopies on demand whenever and wherever you need them
  • Print documents, spreadsheets and other information directly from your handheld

To obtain your free copy of PrintBoy, you will need to provide the information in the form below. You will then receive an email from Bachmann Software within 1 to 2 business days which will contain instructions on how to download your copy of PrintBoy.

Serial #: Your serial number is a 10 digit number imprinted on a barcode sticker found underneath your HP DeskJet 460 printer.
Wireless Device Number: The Wireless Device Number is obtained by performing a special printout from your DeskJet 460 printer.
  • Make sure there is paper loaded in your DeskJet 460 printer.
  • Press and hold the Cancel button for 3 seconds. A Wireless configuration page will be printed.
  • In the section under Bluetooth Connectivity, there is a field named “Wireless Device Number”. This field contains the 16 character Wireless Device Number.

Your Email Address: (A correct e-mail is required for you to receive download instructions)
Palm OS or Pocket PC Download?
Your Owner Name (Pocket PC) or HotSync User Name (Palm): The Pocket PC Owner Name is the name you have assigned to your Pocket PC device. Software developers use this information to personalize your software registration key.

The Palm HotSync User Name is the name you have assigned to your Palm PC device. You can locate this name by going to your Palm Applications screen, tapping on the HotSync icon, and noting the name in the upper right corner of your screen.
