PrintBoy SDK Developer Support Policy
- Providing developer support to our many PrintBoy SDK customers can be a time-intensive activity. We appreciate your patience as our support staff and development team work to
answer your questions and provide resolutions to your problems.
Our policy is to provide an initial response to an SDK support inquiry within 1 business day. If resolving your issue will take longer, we will let you know, and will
provide you with an estimated turnaround time via email.
Please note that while our test labs maintain a variety of handhelds and printer models for testing, it is impossible for us to procure or purchase every conceivable printer or handheld model.
If your support issue is related to a specific printer or handheld model, it is possible that you may need to ship us a unit for testing/debugging, at your own cost.

our products for answers to common questions regarding the installation and
operation of your product.
